hey rachel!
nice to be hearing from you, and yeap we'll try to keep this blog alive!
and i guess i can relate to you regarding the out of comfort zone and stuff.
i guess God sent me to Nj for a reason too. Mg build me to be closer and more committed christian, and Nj's just totally different. there's only 3christians in my class and well...it's just hard. sometimes i miss that christian fellowship, the loud singing of christian songs and chapel and worship and morning devotions :(

but like you said, God has a plan for all of us. Be it you, wanz, i or any other little saint, our every step is a plan that God had set for us so we should just embrace it :D no matter how hard it is. well for one, at least God blessed me with such wonderful friends like you guys. i love you guys! take care!

I have decided to keep this blog alive especially since wanz and I are away. The last thing I wanna do is lose contact with my friends back in Singapore. I know I hardly get a chance to catch up with you all. The only way I can know how you all are doing is by reading your blogs and our cellblog, so keep updating. I would really wanna know how you all are doing. Feel free to just email me to share with me about what is going on in your lives.

God has made so many changes in my life, that I am still trying to adapt to the changes. I have finally came to realise why God has sent me here, basically it was to bring me out of my comfort zone. Being in SJSM, I was just too comfortable, in MGS, majority of the poeple are christian, I didnt need to worry about sharing Christ with my friends, because most of them are already christians. Now that I am in an international school, everything is so different, the idea of saying grace before I eat in school is already so weird. I guess I never really understood the importance of serving back home in heartbeat, but ever since I got here in Hope brisbane, the church emphasize that serving God is important. We have activities from monday to sunday throughout the week. Its amazing how they actually can balance the schoool/work and serving God at the same time.

Our church vision is to fulfill the great commission by building strong and biblical people and planting strong and biblical churches in our cities, nations, and all over the world. Our faith goal is to have one million churches in the world by 2015. So everyone has a part to play. Everyday countless number of people are dying without knowing the word of God. We all wanna see God come in our generation, but for that to happen, we need to share the word of God to everyone. Presently, we have 104 churches in every continents and 42 countries. Its great to see how God is moving among His people.

I hope you guys can join me in this vision, and start praying together with the Hope movement, which is one of the largest christian movement. The Lord is coming, we should start preparing:) I love you guys so much, keep shining for God.

Hi everyone!
Cheers to a brand new year ahead! A couple of us (headed by Shin Yee) have decided to organize a night cycling event on the 13th Jan 2006 (Fri). It's gonna be a chance for you to invite friends (non-christian/christian) and have a time of fellowship in a fun way - whichever objective you prefer. =)

Imagine a night of adventure on wheels, pigging out at the numerous food-stops we have planned, and culminating in morning worship at the east coast park jetty while watching the sunrise. Doesn't it sound absolutely lovely? =) Yeah!

So I'm gonna need your help in forwarding the publicity email to your church mates, cell peeps and friends. Tell them to contact us ASAP as the event is just around the corner!

Luv,
Angie

P.S. I'll send you gals the publicity email as soon as i get your emails from evelyn. hehe.
